Sanoma practices so-called silent periods 30 days prior to the date of publishing an interim report or full-year results report. During this time, Sanoma is not in contact with the representatives of financial markets or financial media.

Sanoma’s Financial Statements and Directors’ Report for 2026 will be published during week 10, which starts on 8 March 2027.

Sanoma Corporation’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2027 is planned to be held on Wednesday, 28 April 2027 in Helsinki. The Board of Directors will summon the AGM at a later date.
