Correction: Sanoma’s financial reporting in 2024

Sanoma Corporation corrects its stock exchange release about the financial reporting calendar in 2024 published earlier today. In the earlier release in English, the reporting periods of the interim reports referred to the reporting year 2023, while the correct reporting year is 2024. The corrected stock exchange release is available below.

In 2024, Sanoma Corporation will publish financial information as follows:

Sanoma observes a silent period of 30 days prior to publishing of financial information.

Sanoma’s Financial Statements and Directors’ Report for 2023 will be published during week 10, which starts on 4 March 2024.

Sanoma Corporation’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2024 is planned to be held on Wednesday, 17 April 2024 in Helsinki. The Board of Directors will summon the AGM at a later date. A shareholder may request that a matter falling under the authority of the General Meeting of Shareholders shall be placed on the agenda of the AGM. To this effect, a written request should be sent to the Board of Directors on Wednesday, 10 January 2024.
