Sanoma has appointed Nadine Beister as HR Director Sanoma Digital, succeeding Gieta Veersma. Gieta will now dedicate herself full time as HR Director for Sanoma Media Netherlands and support the integration of Sanoma Media Belgium.
Nadine is joining Sanoma on 19 January. With a background in management consulting and a variety of international HR roles she brings a broad business and HR experience to Sanoma. In the past five years Nadine was Group HR Director for Swets Information Services until the company folded.
At Sanoma Nadine will focus on executing Sanoma Digital's strategy through the people agenda. "I am eager to start help develop Sanoma Digital further into a growing, forerunning digital media company. Building on my experience in a company with such talented people and such an ambitious agenda is very exciting", Nadine comments.
Nadine will report into Sanoma Digital CEO Arthur Hoffman. Arthur comments: "I'm very glad we have found such an experienced professional as Nadine for this important role. Sanoma Digital needs to secure talent with a specific skill set. With Nadine on board we can focus on retaining and attracting the right people that are needed to execute our strategy.
