Clarisse Berggårdh steps down as Managing Director of Sanoma Magazines Finland. Chairman of the Board of the company, CEO of Sanoma Media Finland, Anu Nissinen will be the acting Managing Director as of May 17.
"Clarisse Berggårdh has contributed in developing Sanoma Magazines Finland with determination to respond to changing media consumption requirements. The company now has a new base to build on, the most important task for the successor is to accelerate the development. I want to thank Clarisse for the co-operation and her valuable input under very challenging market conditions", Anu Nissinen comments.
The decision was made in good mutual understanding. The search for a successor will commence immediately. Anu Nissinen will be the acting Managing Director of the company.
