iMonitor has released a list of best magazine & newspaper iPad apps for 2010. Sanoma Medias apps of Story Magazin (Sanoma Budapest) and Viva HD (Sanoma Uitgevers) were ranked #2 and #3 respectively. The winner was The Sunday Times.
With this excellent score, Sanoma Media is beating global competitors like The Washington Post Co, Pearson, Virgin Group, Time Inc. and Condé Nast.
The list is based on the iMonitor rating system which scores each iPad application based on its design, functionality, and use of rich content.
iMonitor rating system covered more than 1000 media-related iPad apps from more than 40 countries.
