Sanoma announced on 25 August that it will sell its bookstore operations in Finland to Otava Ltd. The Finnish Competition Authorities have announced to Otava that they do not need to file the transaction and that the investigation of the deal has ended. Therefore the divestment will be closed as planned at the end of September.
