Sanoma Learning & Literature's Business Unit Bertmarks Förlag AB, a publisher of multi-volume book products in Sweden, has outsourced its sales organisation, apprx. 50 persons, to a new company established by Bertmarks Förlag's key personnel. The new company aims to continue the yearbook business under the Bertmarks name.
"With this arrangement we give this company a good opportunity to continue and further develop Bertmark's business", explains Bertmark Förlags's MD Mathias Rimsby.
Bertmarks Förlag's editorial organization was outsourced already earlier this year to a company established by the editorial personnel. Bertmarks Förlag AB will continue delivering the existing subscriptions and clearing the stock. This arrangement is in accordance with Sanoma Learning & Literature's strategy to exit from its non core businesses.
Bertmarks Förlag is part of Sanoma Learning and Literature, which is part of the Sanoma Group, a strong European media group operating in diverse fields of media in over 20 countries.
