Sanoma Learning & Literature's Business Unit Bertmark Media, which is a Nordic publisher of multi-volume book products, has divested its subsidiary Bertmark Norge AS to company's previous employees. This deal is in accordance with Sanoma Learning & Literature's strategy to exit from its non core businesses. New owners of Bertmark Norge AS will continue the operations of the company.
