In compliance with the initial purchase agreement, Sanoma Learning & Literature acquires the remaining 49% of the shares of the language services company AAC Global. The sellers are Janne Nevasuo, CEO of AAC Global, and eight other private individuals.
The Sanoma Group acquired 51% of the shares of AAC Global in 2006. Learning and language services belong to Sanoma's focus areas, in addition to magazines, newspapers and online operations.
