Sanoma Uitgevers has sold of its 35% minority shareholding in the movie magazine Preview to Jac. Goderie. The sale fits Sanoma Uitgevers' strategy to continue to reinforce its print and online businesses. "By focusing further we can reallocate our resources and benefit from growth opportunities," comments Dick Molman, CEO of Sanoma Uitgevers.
