SanomaWSOY Corporation's share capital has increased by EUR 1,612.50 corresponding to 3,750 shares due to 2,400 shares subscribed with 2001A stock options and 1,350 shares subscribed with 2001B stock options.
The increase of share capital was entered into the Trade Register on February 16, 2007 and the trading with the new shares begins on February 19, 2007.
For the new shares subscribed with stock options, all shareholder rights commence from the date on which the increase in share capital is entered into the Trade Register.
SanomaWSOY's share capital increased from EUR 70,931,532.79 to EUR 70,933,145.29, and the number of shares increased from 164,957,053 to 164,960,803 after the stock option subscription.
SanomaWSOY announced the Warrant Scheme 2001 on January 31, 2002.
SanomaWSOY informed about the previous share conversion with 2001 stock options on December 21, 2006.
