SanomaWSOY Corporation's share capital has increased by EUR 2,365 corresponding to 5,500 new shares due to 5,500 shares subscribed with 2001A stock options.

The increase of share capital was entered into the Trade Register on 8 November 2007 and the trading with the new shares begins on 9 November 2007.

In total, SanomaWSOY's share capital increased from EUR 71,119,545.56 to EUR 71,121,910.56 and the number of shares increased from 165,394,292 to 165,399,792.

For the new shares subscribed with stock options all shareholder rights commence from the date on which the increase in share capital is entered into the Trade Register. SanomaWSOY announced the Warrant Scheme 2001 on 31 January 2002.

SanomaWSOY informed about the previous increase in share capital on 4 October 2007.
