R-kiosks start to distribute individual customers' packages as of January 16, 2007. The ÄrräPaketti service enables customers to send packages from kiosk to kiosk nationwide in Finland seven days a week.

The new service is a good addition to the ÄrräExpress service through which R-kiosks have delivered mail-order companies' packages already for seven years. In 2006, R-kiosk delivered nearly one million ÄrräExpress mail-orders.

ÄrräPaketti service delivers the orders in 1 to 3 working days. An SMS message will be sent to the recipient of the package when it has arrived to the nearest R-kiosk. The sender pays a fee of EUR 8.95 for a single ÄrräPaketti, including the delivery and the package for a maximum of 5 kg.
