SWelcom, Canal Digital Finland, and C More Entertainment Finland start to cooperate in order to offer customers wide and interesting pay TV entity in terrestrial TV network in Finland.
SWelcom will offer in the package its TV channel Nelonen and as of March 2007 the new commercial TV channel JIM for male audience.
C More offers its subscription channels Canal+ Film1, Canal+ Film2, Canal+ Sport1, and Canal+ Sport2 in the channel package C.
SWelcom and C More have applied for new licenses for pay TV operations in terrestrial TV network. SWelcom has applied for license in the channel package E that will be taken into service as of September 1, 2007. C More is in the first place applying for licence in the current channel package C.
Canal Digital acts as pay TV operator for services transmitted in the channel package C and it will in the future act as operator and vendor of SWelcom's and C More's new pay TV services.
