SanomaWSOY Corporation's share capital has increased by EUR 25,800 corresponding to 60,000 shares due to 41,800 shares subscribed with 2001A stock options and 18,200 shares subscribed with 2001B stock options.
The increase of share capital was entered into the Trade Register on May 31, 2006 and the trading with the new shares begins on the Main list of Helsinki Stock Exchange on June 1, 2006.
For the new shares subscribed with 2001A stock options, all shareholder rights commence from the date on which the increase in share capital is entered into the Trade Register.
In total, SanomaWSOY's share capital increased from EUR 68,499,061.49 to EUR 68,524,861.49, and the number of shares grew from 159,300,143 to 159,360,143 shares.
SanomaWSOY announced the Warrant Scheme 2001 on January 31, 2002. SanomaWSOY informed about the previous share conversion with 2001 stock options and the increase of share capital on February 24, 2006.
