SanomaWSOY Corporation renounces its option on a site at Kamppi-Töölönlahti area in the centre of Helsinki that the City is currently developing. The option included the possibility to buy the site at its market value.
- We have carefully evaluated our future strategy and come to a conclusion that SanomaWSOY does not need additional office space in the centre of Helsinki in the near future. We believe that renouncing our option is the most appropriate solution for all parties, says Pentti Katainen, Vice President, Real Estate.
