Sanoma Magazines SMG operating in Serbia and Montenegro will launch the Serbian edition of women's fashion magazine Elle on 22 April 2005, after having signed a license agreement with Hachette Filipacchi Presse S.A.
The Serbian edition of Elle - the first magazine of Sanoma Magazines SMG to be introduced to the Serbian and Montenegran market after starting a greenfield operation in the city of Belgrade earlier this year - is already the 37th edition of Elle worldwide.
Elle has created its worldwide reputation as a prestigious fashion and style trendsetter thanks to its unique concept of "awakening appetite". Although international editions differ, they are linked by a common philosophy and an inspiring and frank treatment of women's issues, emphasizing a creative approach to fashion and lifestyle. Nowadays, Elle has 21 million readers worldwide.
