Sanoma Magazines Praha launches a new glossy
Sanoma Magazines Praha launches a new weekly magazine called Hvezdny Vikend (Glamour Weekend). Hvezdny Vikend will bring a new type of magazine on the Czech market - a glamorous weekly, aimed at younger, upscale, urban women.
Hvezdny Vikend profiles itself as a "weekend reading" and will contain basic elements like glamour, entertainment and human interest stories. Topics will be covered in a modern and trendy fashion, addressing the reader in an optimistic and friendly tone of voice.
The magazine will have a bigger than usual format, higher quality paper and a modern lay out. This glamorous weekly has no equivalent on the Czech market. The first issue of Hvezdny Vikend will appear on the newsstands on 19 February 2004.
