Sanoma Men's Magazines will publish Man of all Seasons, the luxurious quarterly lifestyle magazine for men, as of 19 May. Sanoma Men's Magazine is taking over the publishing rights from Woudenstein and the first edition of Man of all Seasons will be published in September. At the moment the magazine is published quarterly, from 2005 the frequency will increase to 6 times a year.
After the incorporation of Maxim, the addition of Man of all Seasons is another extension of the lifestyle portfolio. As Maxim is concentrating on young and fashionable men in their twenties, Man of all Seasons is focusing on high educated, well-to-do men in their thirties and forties, who like outdoor life, traveling and adventure, space and quietness, style and authenticity.
