E-learning and digital business communication solutions company, Everscreen Oy, has sold operations of its Swedish subsidiary Everscreen Ab to Swedish education and consultation company SLG International. The employees of Everscreen Ab will transfer to the buyer's service.
The divestment has no effect on Everscreen Oy's operations in Finland.
Everscreen Oy is a part of SanomaWSOY Group.
