Maxim magazine, the world's largest-selling men's lifestyle magazine, will expand its success in the Dutch market under a new agreement between Dennis Publishing and Sanoma Men's Magazines (SMM). Sanoma will take over the title with the June issue.

Aimed at an 18-35 year old affluent male audience, SMM will rejuvenate Maxim in the Dutch market, following the globally established formula for success.

First launched in the UK in 1995, Maxim now boasts a network of 23 editions in 33 countries. Maxim is the largest men's lifestyle magazine in U.S.
