Sanoma Magazines Belgium N.V. acquired the portfolio of the Loving You guides of Greenwich Publishers on 1 July 2003. The portfolio consists of Loving You Brides magazine, Feestzalengids (guide of reception rooms and banquet halls) and Loving You Fashion. The magazines are published twice a year. Loving You is also published in The Netherlands and has an additional successful website in both countries.
The publishing activities will be carried out by a wholly owned subsidiary of Sanoma Magazines Belgium. The operational management will remain in the hands of Rudi Beckx (one of former owners) as General Manager and Director. As representatives for Sanoma Magazines Belgium Karel Das, CFO, will reside as Director and Luc Van Haute, Commercial Director Readers' Market will be appointed Managing Director and Chairman of the Management Board.
Sanoma Magazines Belgium is part of SanomaWSOY's magazine publishing division Sanoma Magazines B.V., the fifth-largest publisher of consumer magazines in Europe. The division publishes some 220 magazines in nine European countries.
