The editorial team at Aku Ankka (Donald Duck) has received the 'Language Gem of the Year' award from the Department of Finnish at the University of Helsinki.
The team was praised for its exceptionally creative and individual use of Finnish, and for the care and inventiveness evident throughout Sanoma Magazines Finland's (Helsinki Media) Donald Duck publications. The team's positive contribution to the development of people's feeling for language generally was also highlighted.
