Kaisa Aalto-Luoto appointed Chief Human Resources Officer of Sanoma
Kaisa Aalto-Luoto has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer of Sanoma Corporation as of 1 July 2026 at the latest. Aalto-Luoto joins Sanoma from Finnair, where she has worked as a Chief People Officer since October 2023. Prior to that, she worked as a Chief Human Resources Officer of Sanoma Media Finland. Her earlier work experience includes senior human resources roles at Outotec and Mandatum Life. Kaisa will be based in Helsinki, Finland.
Sanoma’s current Chief Human Resources Officer Jelena Šutić had earlier indicated that she has decided to step down from her role to begin a new entrepreneurial leadership advisory chapter, working with senior leaders and boards on executive development. She will continue in her current position until the end of March 2026.
