Buyers will benefit from its unique, need-based search function. Its instant contact service and live chat offer new ways of connecting buyers and sellers. Functionalities to be added later include an earmarking service that helps sellers evaluate the demand for their car before making the decision to sell. In addition, customers will be able to rate sellers in terms of service. Autotie will actively serve sellers and buyers in all stages of the purchasing process, which ensures better level of service and enhances the sale of used will be provided by Netwheels, an IT service company owned by Sanoma Media Finland, Finnish Central Organisation for Motor Trades and Repairs (AKL) and several leading car dealers.“The service has been created in close collaboration with customers.
