Sanoma Budapest has acquired a 50% share in the Há Group and is set to acquire the remaining half in 2011. With this acquisition, Sanoma Budapest's media portfolio covers a full range of health information.

Sanoma Budapest has a significant market share in digital media and magazines aimed at women. Its strategic objective is to emphasise health-related topics in the business portfolio. With the acquisition of the Há Group, Hungary's most visited healthcare website, will now be managed by Sanoma Budapest.

Other websites of the Há Group are, a website for parents with babies,, the first health-related website for elderly people in Hungary, and, a Hungarian webshop.
