This online community, founded in 2002, is offering valuable information to parents about children and generates traffic of approximately 90,000 unique visitors weekly and 550,000 page views. The forum of the site attracts most visitors. Parinti.com has currently 30,000 registered members.
After this acquisition, Sanoma-Hearst Romania becomes the number two player in Romania's parenting segment with a market share of more than 35%. This website will remain a stand-alone business and not be integrated with the already existing parenting portal Mami.ro to offer parents different information resources.
