SanomaWSOY Education, part of the SanomaWSOY Group, has increased its ownership in the leading Hungarian educational group, Láng Kiadó és Holding (Láng) to 100%. The sellers were two Hungarian private investors.
The deal does not have an effect to Láng's subsidiaries. Láng has a 100% ownership in Perfekt, one of the leading vocational training companies in Hungary, and a 70.7% holding in Nemzeti Tankönyvkiadó, the leading educational publisher in Hungary.
SanomaWSOY Education acquired a majority in the Hungarian educational group Láng on March 14, 2006. The deal has been completed on June 13, 2006.
