Adria Media Zagreb d.o.o., publisher of 16 consumer magazines such as Elle, Story, National Geographic, Men's Health, Geo and Klik, has acquired 90% of the shares of Croportal.net.
Croportal.net is one of the ten most visited Croatian internet sites. The website has more than 300,000 unique visitors per month, as well as 35,000 registered members.
Croportal.net was established four years ago by the, at that time 16 year old, student Kristijan Ilièiæ, who will now become part of the new internet team of Adria Media Zagreb. This acquisition fits very well to Adria Media Zagreb's strategic plans to develop a strong position on the internet.
Adria Media Zagreb is a part of Sanoma Magazines, the magazine division of the SanomaWSOY Group.
