Ilta-Sanomat Oy has purchased the Netticaravan.fi service from Web Ajoneuvomediat Oy. Netticaravan.fi is the largest online service marketing camping vans and caravans in Finland. The service is free of charge for buyers, and it currently includes about 2000 dealer ads. About 95% of the authorised caravan dealers in Finland use the service for advertising.

This deal strengthens the position of Ilta-Sanomat Oy as the largest service provider for classified ads in Finland. Netticaravan.fi will be part of the Keltainen Pörssi online service.

- We reckon that the caravan business is growing firmly. We want to be strongly involved in developing marketing in the field. The deal covers no transfer of staff. Petri Hyrsky, the creator and chief responsible for Netticaravan.fi, will continue in service during the transition period.
