Theo Bouwman (58), President of the SanomaWSOY Group's magazine division Sanoma Magazines and a member of SanomaWSOY's Management Group, has announced his resignation from his post in autumn 2002 at a date to be agreed later. Mr. Bouwman will join the Dutch newspaper publisher PCM Uitgevers n.v. as a Chairman of the Board.
