Arnedo Oy, a subsidiary of SanomaWSOY Group's division Sanoma Corporation, has sold a part of its shareholding in Ilkka-Yhtymä Oyj.
Arnedo's holding will go below one third (1/3) of Ilkka-Yhtymä's share capital and votes following the sale of shares of series II. The deal will be finalized on 3 July 2002 and the clearance date will be 10 July 2002.
