Kymen Lehtimedia, part of Sanoma Corporation, has increased its ownership of Uutisvuoksi Oy, the publisher of Uutisvuoksi, a paper appearing in Imatra and the surrounding area in south-eastern Finland, to 100%. Kymen Lehtimedia previously held 75% of the company's shares.
Uutisvuoksi appears seven days a week, four as a subscription-based paper and three as a free sheet. Subscription-based circulation is in the order of 8,300 copies, while free sheet distribution goes as high as 30,000.
