Sanoma's share (SAA1V) and the Company's other securities are listed on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki. From the left-hand navigation, you will find here up-to-date information about the Group's insiders' holdings and the flagging announcements given on the changes of ownership in the Company.
Sanoma's Board of Directors is not aware of any effective shareholder agreements related to holdings in Sanoma shares and the exercise of voting rights.
Shareholders should notify the bank in which they have a book-entry securities account or the Euroclear Finland Ltd (former Finnish Central Securities Depository Ltd) of any change of address. This information cannot be updated through Sanoma.
Largest shareholders
Sanoma updates the monthly list of 20 largest shareholders and the changes in their ownership, based on the list of 300 largest shareholders, after the last trading day of that month. The shareholders are represented independently, except for Aatos Erkko and Oy Asipex Ab, where Mr Erkko has control, for Antti Herlin and the companies he controls and for Tapiola. You can download 200 largest shareholders in Excel format through the link below.
