ShareSanoma started a continuous management commitment programme in 2001. Currently, there are six stock option programmes in place:
the Stock Option Scheme 2004 authorised by the Annual General Meeting on 30 March 2004
the Stock Option Scheme 2007 authorised by the AGM on 4 April 2007
the Stock Option Scheme 2008 authorised by the AGM on 4 April 2007
the Stock Option Scheme 2009 authorised by the AGM on 4 April 2007
the Stock Option Scheme 2010 authorised by the AGM on 8 April 2010
the Stock Option Scheme 2011 authorised by the AGM on 8 April 2011
The exercise period of Warrant Scheme 2001 ended on 30 November 2009. More detailed information about the current stock option schemes and their complete terms and conditions can be found behind the links.
The stock options have been and will be distributed to executives and managers of the Sanoma Group in accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors. The stock option schemes cover all of Sanoma's divisions. The stock options holdings of the top management is showed in the insider register.
