Sanoma's share (SAA1V) and the Company's stock options are listed on NASDAQ OMX's Nordic List (Large Cap, Consumer Discretionary Sector). Company's shares are included in the book-entry system operated by the Euroclear Finland Ltd (former Finnish Central Securities Depositary).
Sanoma's share is included in NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Consumer Services sector index (based on ICB) as well as in OMX Helsinki Cap, OMX Helsinki, and OMXH25 Open indexes. The Company share is also included in the Dow Jones STOXX 600, Small 200 as well as media sector indexes. A complete list of indices in which Sanoma is included can be found at STOXX.com.
Company's shares have been listed since 1 May 1999. In the beginning, Sanoma had two share series. The series were combined in Spring 2006.

Sanoma's Board of Directors is not aware of any effective agreements related to holdings in Sanoma shares and the exercise of voting rights.
