Sanoma's actions and operations are guided by common ethical principles. This section introduces Sanoma's key guidelines and policies relating to corporate responsibility. Group-level guidelines are confirmed by the Board of Directors, and individual business units may further define their respective guidelines.
Guidelines and policies provide Sanoma's employees with directions to managing business operations' impacts on the society in their daily work.
