The Group's challenging targets can only be met through continuous development. Therefore, Sanoma promotes the preparedness to change within its organisation and provides Group-wide training programmes for its personnel.
In spring 2006, Sanoma combined its internal training programmes under Sanoma Academy umbrella. The Academy will bring together the Group's management training programmes as well as other training programmes organised by the Sanoma Group.

The Sanoma Executive Programme is a top-management training programme designed to develop strategic thinking and activate co-operation projects.
The objective of Sanoma's JET training is for the participants to grow as persons and develop as supervisors, as well as to improve their ability to analyse, plan, implement, develop and manage business according to the Group's strategies.
JUMP is Sanoma's eMBA-level international training programme for future managers and experts.
STEP is Sanoma's new training programme for experts. The objective of STEP is to give the participants skills to develop in their role as experts.
The Group also organises different supervisory, language and IT training events.
