The aim of the Media Sales Trainee Programme is to strengthen Sanoma's sales organisations in Finland by training new media sales professionals. The programme offers a deep understanding of the Group and its customers, since during the programme the trainees work in four different units within Sanoma. Tailored training days, visits to different Units of Sanoma and media industry events complement the one-year programme.
The primary target group of the programme are the sales prospects of the future. Applicants can be recent graduates and have fairly little work experience. The paid trainee programme is open for anyone with interest in sales and media and with fluency in the Finnish language. The participating Sanoma Group units are Helsingin Sanomat, Ilta-Sanomat, Sanoma Kaupunkilehdet, Sanoma Digital, Sanoma Online Ad Sales, Sanoma Magazines Finland and Nelonen Media.
