Personalised learning
We see that teachers are experiencing an increasing demand for better learning results. And teachers believe that they can improve learning results by spending more individual time with pupils. But teachers often do not have the time to do this because they have non-curricular tasks and experience an increasing administrative burden. Furthermore, there is a growing scarcity of teachers.
We believe that we can help teachers to make individual learning work in practice with our personalised learning systems. These systems support the teacher with the intelligent use of ICT. Digital testing and assessment tools make it possible to individualise learning and offer learning materials that are adapted to the individual pupil. Thus teachers are able to focus their attention on the pupils who need it.
Teachers are already experiencing the benefits in terms of better learning outcomes in the Netherlands, where Malmberg introduced a personalised learning system.
